How do I reserve my locker?

Visit www.ulock.es, choose the reservation date and locker size, pay with a debit or credit card, and receive a code in your email to store your luggage in only 2 minutes!

We offer 3 locker sizes: M (32x44x86), XL (53x44x86), and XXL (75x44x86).
All measurements are in centimeters.

You can access Ulock every day, 24 hours a day.

Locker rental is per day, so you can retrieve your belongings until 23:59 on the day of your reservation.

We are in front of Pl. Universitat, 10 minute walk from Pl. Catalunya, 300 meters from the Aerobús stop, 25 minutes by taxi from the airport, and 17 minutes by metro from Sants station.

Yes, you can access your locker at any time of the day during the validity of your reservation until 23:59 with the code assigned by the system to your locker.

Locker rentals are per day, with the possibility of renting for up to 30 consecutive days. If you need longer stays, feel free to contact us at contacto@ulock.es or +34 608 719 846.

Yes, you can modify or cancel the reservation with 24 hours’ notice. In case of cancellation, you will receive a 100% refund of your reservation.

You can pay for the reservation through the www.ulock.es booking system with a debit or credit card.

Our lockers are designed to provide the highest security. We also have 24-hour monitoring at the store. Additionally, our customers have insurance for their belongings up to €1,000 according to the parameters set in the Terms and Conditions.
