UBOX is a storage system designed to ease the delivery and collection of keys, as well as the management of documents or small items. With internal dimensions of 8 cm in height, 14 cm in width, and 24 cm in depth, UBOX offers a practical and secure solution.
For a cost of 4,90 euros per day of reservation, an access code is provided that allows you to open the locker and the store. This code can be shared with anyone authorized to collect deposited items, such as keys, documents, passports, envelopes, gifts, credit cards, or any item that meets the specified dimensions.

How do I reserve my locker?
Visit www.ulock.es, choose the reservation date and locker size, pay with a debit or credit card, and receive a code in your email to store your luggage in only 2 minutes!
What sizes do the lockers have?
We offer 3 locker sizes: M (32x44x86), XL (53x44x86), and XXL (75x44x86).
All measurements are in centimeters.
What are our opening hours?
You can access Ulock every day, 24 hours a day.
Until what time can I retrieve my luggage?
Locker rental is per day, so you can retrieve your belongings until 23:59 on the day of your reservation.
Where are we located?
We are in front of Pl. Universitat, 10 minute walk from Pl. Catalunya, 300 meters from the Aerobús stop, 25 minutes by taxi from the airport, and 17 minutes by metro from Sants station.

Can I access my locker at any time?
Yes, you can access your locker at any time of the day during the validity of your reservation until 23:59 with the code assigned by the system to your locker.
How long can I rent a locker for?
Locker rentals are per day, with the possibility of renting for up to 30 consecutive days. If you need longer stays, feel free to contact us at contacto@ulock.es or +34 608 719 846.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can modify or cancel the reservation with 24 hours’ notice. In case of cancellation, you will receive a 100% refund of your reservation.
How can I pay for my reservation?
You can pay for the reservation through the www.ulock.es booking system with a debit or credit card.
Are my belongings secure?
Our lockers are designed to provide the highest security. We also have 24-hour monitoring at the store. Additionally, our customers have insurance for their belongings up to €1,000 according to the parameters set in the Terms and Conditions.
